Lifestyle Management App
Putting three kinds of controls in your life is what this lifestyle management app is all about:
- Communication
- Food
- Spending

The app tracks users daily progress and gives them points.
It starts with two points, and the state of the control is set to "Good" by default.
After that, each type of control adds up to three points every hour.
Because the work day is 16 hours long, each person can only get 50 points per day.
Users lose 4 points for each type of control when the state is set to "Fair" for a small mistake.
If the user fails and the state of the control is set to "Poor," they lose all sixteen points for that type of control.
So a person would only get 34 points that day if he couldnt control how much he ate.

People can also use the app to help them keep track of their daily tasks. You can do different kinds of work on the different tabs. To give you an idea, there is a tab just for workouts.

On the Home or launch screen, clicking on the "Controls" fragment lets the user set his control status for the day.
On the left, clicking on the "First" tab shows records from the past.
Users can set their daily schedules by clicking on the second tab on the left.
The third tab is for ad-hoc tasks.
The fourth tab keeps track of your daily health, including your weight, sleep, and bowel movements.
The fifth tab is for making workout plans.
